Visitor Terms

1. Admission

Entry to VX Global events is subject to a valid badge, ID verification and event-specific eligibility (e.g. trade-only).

2. Conduct

Visitors must behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe or unlawful.

3. Health & Safety

Visitors must follow venue safety instructions, signage and the directions of stewards and security personnel at all times.

4. Photography & Filming

VX Global events are recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in marketing materials. Personal recording of restricted sessions is prohibited.

5. Liability

Visitors enter at their own risk. VX Global is not liable for loss, damage or injury except where caused by our proven negligence.

6. Property

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the visitor. Lost & found items will be held at the registration desk for 30 days.

7. Force Majeure

VX Global shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including pandemics, government actions and natural disasters.
